Select the option:Order a Tuberculosis (TB) blood test (T-Spot) at the Lab.This type of TB test requires only one visit for the blood draw. A lab order will be created and then you will be notified via secure message to call SHC at 949-824-5304 to schedule a lab appointment for the TB blood test.

  • Students who obtain their immunizations from an outside pharmacy or clinicare still required to enter theirimmunization dates and upload their records online via theStudent Health Patient Portal. Please visit the CDC website for the Vaccine Information Statement pertaining to the specific vaccine that you will be receiving (CDC Vaccine Information Statements) as well as additional information (CDC VIS Information).

How to Obtain Copies of Your Immunization and/or TB Testing Records

Your vaccination or immunization record provides a history of all vaccines you received as a child and adult. This may be a "yellow card”, a paper file from your primary care provider, or a record from your previous high school or college.

UC Immunization and TB Requirements (11) UC Immunization and TB Requirements (12)

If you do not have a copy of your immunization records please contact your primary care physician, childhood pediatrician, or previous high school or college to request these records. You will need these records to update your health data in the Student Health Portal, which will help you to meet the clearance requirement.

Immunization Registries: Another potential source for obtaining copies of your immunization records is your State Immunization Registry, which are secure computer systems that store immunization records.

The California Immunization Registry is referred to as CAIR, and the Student Health Center's electronic health record system is interfaced with CAIR to upload your immunization records. The California Department of Public Health) has allowed digital access to one’s personal COVID-19 vaccine record through CAIR, and recently expanded to include ALL vaccines. This new Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) portalprovides a much-desired service, giving California residents and our Student Health Center easy access to your immunization history. For those who received vaccines outside of California, please check with your State's Immunization Registry as another alternative for obtaining copies of your immunization records.
