So 15 minutes after barking at a @sce supervisor, the power mysteriously came back on. I'm sure the two things are unrelated. Nice to have a monopoly, I guess.

We have been without electricity since 1:28am. No A/C, no blow dryer etc. And the food in the refrigerator is starting to go bad!!! I called @SCE but they don’t care!! Lousy ass service!!! But their bills are always on time with plenty of reminders!!! 🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼

Power was shut off today. No advance warning from @SCE. Worker said it'd be back on at 3:30 p.m. At 3:30, Another worker said 5 p.m. At 6, SCE customer service said 6 p.m. It's 6:06. No power. Couple 90 year olds live on the street. I'm sure there won't be a tragedy.

@FF_Freak @SCE Get told the power will be back at 330 and then are told 5. You call and get told 6. Call again and get told 7, maybe. Seniors without power for 6 hours. A 90-plus day. Customer service brushes you off. It's how you treat people that shows whether a company gives a rat's ass.

@UCF_Girl_99 Also keep in mind that FL has a significantly smaller population, about 20 million less than CA. Both states produce more than enough power for their populations, the issue is CA's is more stressed because @SCE and other power companies don't maintain the lines properly.

@SCE @sce we aren't getting our psps notifications. They show correctly in our account info online, but we aren't getting them. The only reason I knew we have a possible PSPS is because @CoxCalifornia notified me they will have an outage if there is a PSPS.
