How do I access my AT&T U-verse? ›

Log in to att.com/uversecentral, then enter your AT&T U-verse member ID (email address) and password you've always used to manage your AT&T U-verse account. *REMEMBER: Only Primary Members can view or pay the bill, change the contact phone number or email address, etc.

In selected markets, AT&T began to replace AT&T U-verse TV with a new service based on its DirecTV Now platform, AT&T TV, in August 2019. On April 3, 2020, AT&T began announcing that U-verse would no longer be available to new customers. New customers ended up receiving AT&T TV for TV service.

AT&T Internet is an AT&T brand of broadband internet service. Previously, AT&T Internet was branded as U-verse Internet and bundled with U-verse TV, which was spun off into the newly independent DirecTV in 2021. AT&T Internet plans powered by fiber-optic cable use the AT&T Fiber brand.

Confirm that the Power, Broadband, and Service lights on your gateway are green. If your lights aren't green, your gateway may have signal issues or other problems. To reboot your modem or gateway: Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Wait 2 minutes and then plug it back in.

On the back of the AT&T U-verse TV receiver, look for the connection TO TV. Connect the coaxial cable between TO TV and VIDEO IN on the back of your television. Don't disconnect any Network or TO WALL cables. Plug your U-verse TV receiver into the wall to give it power.

AT&T U-verse Internet is now AT&T Internet

Some say that AT&T wants to reinvent the service and that is why they “stopped” AT&T discount U-verse TV and Internet. The official AT&T statement was first announced by Philips Swann, a TV Answer Man publisher, and he stated, “To help our employees serve our existing customers, we're no longer selling U-verse.

Your AT&T modem/router is required for your internet connection to work. You have the option to connect your own router. When a secondary router is connected to the AT&T modem/router it will be important to set up an IP Passthrough.

Why is my AT&T U-verse internet so slow? ›

Make sure you are only running one firewall. Also try disabling your firewall to determine if it's causing your slow speed. Disable any peer-to-peer or other applications running in the background that may be using up your bandwidth. Make sure your wireless network is set up for optimal performance.

Many receiver problems can be fixed by restarting your receiver. To do this, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress. If you have multiple receivers, reboot your wireless gateway by unplugging it from its power source.

Restart your TV receiver by holding the POWER button down for 10 seconds then pressing it again to restart.

Sign in to myAT&T to view your bill, make a payment, and manage your account. U-verse^® TV, AT&T Phone℠, or AT&T Internet^® with any other service: Sign in with your user ID.

Your Member ID is the unique name you chose when you registered for AT&T service. It is the same as your email address. You can find your Member ID on your phone bill, in the Internet section. Your Member ID will look like this: johnsmith@att.net.

From a device that is connected to the AT&T Wireless Internet network, open the web browser and go to http://att.wirelessinternet. Enter your Admin login, then click Login. Note: The default admin login is attadmin.

Go to the myAT&T sign-in page and enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields. Then select Sign in to access your account.
